In response to COVID- 19, Sacred Heart School has been in Distance Learning mode since March 16th. We are very proud of how well our school and students have adapted and succeeded during trying and difficult circumstances and are excited that we will all be back in class in August for the 20/21 school year.
Please know that the entire staff of Sacred Heart and myself are confident that in collaboration with you and your families, we will not only succeed during this time but thrive.
Our team will continue aggressively researching additional programs and online curriculum to add to our offerings that will ensure the most competitive academic growth of each student for the remainder of Distance Learning. The Catholic Education system is genuinely leaps and bounds ahead, and we have full faith we will continue to grow on this platform as long as required to do.
For more information on the Diocese of Sacramento’s response to COVID-19 and the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our children during this pandemic, please see the following selected statements and videos from the Lincoln Snyder, Superintendent and Executive Director of Schools for the Diocese of Sacramento. I know that this time is tough, not just for the education of your students, but globally. We are all in this together, and we are praying for our Sacred Heart families daily. We are finding solace in knowing that soon we will all be together again.
May God continue to bless our little school and all of our families,
